About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant to join our Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering clinical workflow and clinical education and training, as well as system go-live support for customer-facing engagements across our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-sales Consultative Approach: Ensure that optimal training services and subscriptions are included as part of the overall solution.
  • Clinical Training Plan Development: Develop and implement clinical training plans in partnership with CSWC, CSPM, local sales and service teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships in support of our recurring revenue strategy, ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of our solutions.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Configure or manage the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex solutions to accommodate application and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment.
  • Workflow Analysis and Change Management: Analyze the customer's existing workflow and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensuring proper testing of the system and establishing a comprehensive training plan.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, documenting and submitting those according to standard processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related science plus 5 years of clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, or a Master's degree with >3 years of related experience.
  • Certifications: Ideal certifications include Certified PM (PMP), Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, and Change Management.
