Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to Authorized Users for Client tools and applications.
  • Manage Incidents and Service Requests related to CSC Services, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Process access requests from Authorized Users, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols.
  • Communicate with Authorized Users in English, with the ability to communicate in Japanese for users located in Japan.
  • Integrate with Client tools, interfaces, technology, and processes, as well as the internal Client Global Service Desk and third-party vendor Service Desks.
