Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Direct and establish priorities for the crewmembers during their shift.
    • Assign work stations and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Coach, counsel, and discipline crew members as needed.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
    • Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks
    • Account for and manage all company funds during the shift.
    • Complete safe audits, cash drawer counts, bank deposits, coin and change orders, and shift end balances.
  • Training and Development
    • Orient and train new crew members.
    • Cross-train crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Inventory and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all products meet company standards.
    • Prevent food shortages, waste, and theft.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Report employee issues to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, District Manager, or Human Resources Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to complete tasks accurately.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Meet state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to health and food handling.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Extensive standing and walking.
  • Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, and cold.
  • Ability to reach heights of approximately 6 feet and bend to touch the floor.
  • High level of mobility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
