Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
  • Manage guest requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance guest service skills and stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
