We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Night Audit Associate to join our team at the Houston Marriott West Loop by Galleria. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Manage guest requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance guest service skills and stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
