About the Role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing reports and documents, and managing construction contracts and permits. You will also assist with subcontractor management, document organization, and vendor management.

Responsibilities
  • Meetings: Coordinating meeting logistics and taking minutes
  • Document preparation: Preparing reports, communications, and meeting minutes
  • Contract management: Preparing and managing construction contracts
  • Subcontractor management: Managing subcontractor RFI inquiries and preparing responses
  • Permit preparation: Preparing permits and applications
  • Document organization: Receiving, organizing, distributing, and filing documents
  • Database management: Updating database files and pipelines
  • Vendor management: Assisting with vendor approval and setup for payment
  • Invoice management: Tracking, reviewing, and coding invoices

A salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
