Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Specialist to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of customers' belongings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the premises to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by safely moving, packing, and unpacking customers' belongings.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
  • Operate a 26-foot moving truck safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse labor.
