Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Leader to join our team as a Retail Lead. This part-time position is responsible for leading a team of product samplers inside a Sam's Club location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, audit, and coach a team of up to 25 part-time Product Demonstrators and Juicers.
  • Build and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer engagement experiences.
  • Perform and manage demonstration operations onsite, ensuring daily compliance and execution.
  • Collaborate with Club management to facilitate seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Experience leading in an execution-centric environment.
  • Food safety experience, with Fast Food experience a plus.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with a pleasant personal demeanor.
  • Ability to lift, stand, and perform a wide range of motion.
