Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales budgets, action plans, and strategies for assigned projects and customers.
  • Collaborate with Japan marketing and engineering members to develop customer products and prepare required documents.
  • Validate customer demand and sales trends, and create sales forecasts with the Operations team.
  • Maintain customer relationships at various levels and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Investigate competitors and market conditions, and conduct market research and surveys.
  • Manage sales activities, maintain sales records, and prepare sales reports for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven work experience in sales, marketing, account management, or a similar field in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive makers' development processes and market trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones and travel internationally and domestically.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with or for Japanese automotive companies.
  • Japanese language skills.
