As a Project Manager at J C Ford Company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Risk Management and Quality Control: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
