IT Director

Job Summary

The IT Director at WireMasters is responsible for overseeing the implementation and upkeep of the company's technology infrastructure, security, computer systems, and managing the security, infrastructure, and support staff. This role requires a strong leader who can design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware, to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the company's data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Design and implement systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
