  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and determine methods and procedures to improve production efficiency, exercising judgment based on previous experience, practices, and precedents.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years or more of relevant experience, depending on the complexity level of the job.
  • Skills: Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production cycles, complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations, good organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
