Aerotek Hiring: We are seeking skilled electrical assemblers for 2nd shift in Franklin, WI. In this role, you will be part of a team of 2-4 people working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to produce drives and transformers.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and profit sharing.

Job Duties:
  • Read and interpret wiring schematics and manufacturing blueprints to assemble structures and frames.
  • Operate hand and power tools to build drives and transformers.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing.
  • Complete final assemblies.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
  • 1+ year of hand and power tool experience.
  • 1+ year of following blueprints or schematics preferred.
