Job Description:

The Deburrer will perform tasks related to deburring, blasting, inspecting, and cleaning precision machined components for the Aerospace and Medical Industries.

  • Pre-wash and final wash components;
  • Use hand, air, and electric tools to deburr parts;
  • Follow OII and Work Instructions;
  • Use microscopes for deburring and inspection of components;
  • Light inspection using gauges and boroscopes;
  • Perform blasting operations;
  • Properly maintain routers and other paperwork;
  • Perform rework tasks on own and others parts as directed;
  • Perform packaging as required;
  • Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to use and work under a microscope;
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination;
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, basic blueprints, and work instructions;
  • Basic ability to perform inspections using gauges;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and write documentation and paperwork;
  • Ability to work standing and/or sitting for long periods of time;
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals;
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds;
