  • Obtain referrals or authorization for patient visits to ensure timely payment
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and accurate data entry
  • Maintain current reference materials on insurance plans

Requirements:

  • Experience with outstanding customer service
  • Detail-oriented, dedicated, dependable, and professional
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and fast-paced clinic
  • Previous medical experience and computer skills (preferred)
