Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates. If you have a passion for footwear and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement store initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for footwear
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
