PT Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled PT Supervisor to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a PT Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a large team of Brick Specialists in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Lead a team of Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues and ensuring compliance with LEGO policies and procedures.
• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure all available products are merchandised on the shop floor, meeting loss prevention targets.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation, following store guidelines.
