As a Nuclear Acquisition Analyst, you will provide onsite support in Arlington, VA, and support portfolio management and oversight of systems through development, production, and fielding to the warfighter. Key responsibilities include supporting OSD oversight of the Nuclear Triad sustainment and modernization, with a primary focus on nuclear modernization programs in the land- and air-legs of the nuclear Triad, and developing decision-ready material for senior leaders and applying the initiative to navigate headquarters and acquisition processes to support the DASD portfolio management responsibilities. Required qualifications include 5 years of experience with the Defense Acquisition System, 5 years of experience with nuclear weapons and weapon systems at the operational or programmatic level, understanding of DoDI and the DoD acquisition process, Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, Master's Degree, Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and willingness for occasional travel (may be required (less than 10%)). Desired qualifications include experience as a DoD Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager, Project Management Professional Certification or DAWIA Level I, II or III in Program Management, experience supporting the Sentinel, LRSO or ALCM programs, and Special Access Program eligibility.
