Job Description

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, protocols, and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical science.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as cGMP and ISO 13485.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
