Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our automated warehouse operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This includes conducting regular audits, investigating non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures and training materials
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff on quality procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or regulatory role
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
