Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Interest in pursuing certified Montessori training through our Prepared Montessorian Institute (fully-sponsored) or possession of a Montessori diploma for ages 3-6.
  • Experience working with children aged 2-6 in group settings such as daycare, aftercare, or preschool.
  • Familiarity with child-led educational philosophies like Reggio Emilia or Montessori, or a willingness to learn more.
  • 15 Early Childhood Education or Child Development Units.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
