As a Preschool Teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and expertise
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting required assessment and observation standards

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes:

  • A base salary of $45,000 per year
  • A performance-based bonus structure that rewards hard work and dedication
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan

In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a range of perks and incentives that make our team members feel valued and appreciated. These include:

  • 50% off of preschool or afterschool tuition for your own children
  • First eight weeks of tuition for two children free at time of hire
  • Monthly incentive bonuses (up to $160 monthly) based on enrollment
  • Quarterly incentive bonuses ($250 for each full quarter of employment)
  • Paid holidays and time off
  • Meals provided during student lunchtime
  • Employee snack and coffee station
