Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in infants and toddlers.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, utilizing our engaging characters and hands-on activities to make learning fun and interactive.
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and a dynamic learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their child's progress and achievements through various channels.

Requirements:
  • At least six months of professional teaching experience, with a preference for two or more years of experience.
  • A CDA or Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
Compensation:

$21.00 per hour
