Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Driftwood Hospitality Management. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Director in ensuring first-quality food and beverage service.
  • Continually work toward improving food and beverage sales revenues beyond budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
