What You'll Do:
  • Install commercial kitchen equipment per construction documents, including exhaust hoods, stainless steel trim, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
  • Field welding and polishing (stainless steel) experience is a huge plus
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health department and NSF standards for sealing and installing equipment.
  • Read and comprehend blueprints, installation manuals, and follow detailed process steps for high-quality results.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of construction experience (preferred but not required—we'll train you).
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push up to 100 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
  • Clean driving record and ability to be insured under company insurance.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow blueprints are a plus.
