Job Summary

We're seeking a service-oriented representative to provide assistance to callers via phone support and research. As a Background Screening Representative, you'll be an important part of our process, helping our clients make informed hiring decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
  • Evaluate documentation and information needed
  • Process and follow up on invoices and faxes
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing documents
  • Maintain and document detailed notes in our system regarding correspondence with applicants
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
