Job Description

We are seeking a service-oriented representative to provide assistance to callers via phone support and research. As an Occupational Health Services Representative, you will play a critical role in our background screening process.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls to provide timely and accurate information to clients and applicants.
  • Evaluate documentation and information needed to process background checks.
  • Process and follow up on invoices and faxes related to background screening services.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documents.
  • Maintain and document detailed notes in our system regarding correspondence with applicants.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound call center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
