A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC OPERATIONS SUPERVISORAs an HVAC Operations Supervisor, you play a vital role within our team.
At the forefront of our customer service experience, you will be tasked with accurately diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems while effectively communicating your findings to clients.
Your main responsibility is to ensure that customers comprehend the issues at hand and to identify viable solutions for repairs. This will be achieved through strong communication skills and advanced technical expertise.You will maintain organized records, manage documentation, and pay close attention to detail while handling a high volume of service calls.
Your contributions will help in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.You will collaborate closely with our service dispatchers to ensure appointments are efficiently created, confirmed, and rescheduled using our software.
You will oversee the entire service repair process, from receiving the job request, arriving punctually, troubleshooting, accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues, to invoicing the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC OPERATIONS SUPERVISORHigh School Diploma or GED is required.
A valid Universal EPA license is essential, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Previous experience in a leadership role or managing teams is necessary.
Extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential HVAC systems and components is required, along with experience in schedule management and project coordination.
A valid driver's license is mandatory, and candidates must maintain a reliable smartphone capable of making calls, sending texts, and downloading applications.
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, lift up to 50lbs, and navigate stairs, ladders, and scaffolds is required.
Must possess average hearing and vision capabilities and be able to work in extreme temperatures and various weather conditions.
Personal hand and battery-powered tools are to be provided by the candidate, along with reliable transportation.
Dependability and punctuality are crucial, as is a commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities.
