Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering financial and analytical support to the Family Medicine department at KYND International. This position requires collaboration with the Finance and Administrative Officer (FAO) to ensure the integrity of financial data and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the evaluation of budgets and conduct reconciliation activities.

Qualifications:
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
- Candidates with a total of six years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Familiarity with financial tools and software such as UCR financial tools, EPIC Cube, and Tableau is preferred.
- Experience in a financial role within an academic or healthcare environment is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to gather and organize financial information effectively.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software for financial analysis and reporting.
- Intermediate understanding of internal control practices and their significance in safeguarding organizational resources.
