Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst- Apple Valley

At Redwood Family Care Network, we are committed to providing world-class person-centered services, supports, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team in Apple Valley, CA.

Job Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, you will be responsible for providing ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You will design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans as needed, using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You will also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed, and regularly review and maintain data collection towards behavior plan goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans as needed
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed
  • Regularly review and maintain data collection towards behavior plan goals
  • Conduct ongoing training and provide ongoing support for direct service professionals, home administrators, program managers, and other professionals as needed
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals in ongoing development and maintenance of behavior support plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in related field preferred, BCBA credential required
  • Minimum 3 years of designing and implementing behavior support plans
  • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment with multiple inputs from various stakeholders
  • Ability to independently gather information in making a decision
  • Ability to research topics or areas of specialty that are unfamiliar
  • Ability to work independently when limited supervision is present
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
