  • Analyze data and its movement across various domains and networks.
  • Comprehend modern software Agile SAFe development methodologies and processes employed by software developers and integrators to meet customer requirements.
  • Engage in Planning Increment (PI) and Sprint Planning cycles, addressing any issues or concerns to the Assistant Project Manager (APM).
  • Oversee and prioritize requirements that enter the backlog using contemporary Agile SAFe development methodologies to fulfill customer software development or integration needs.
  • Communicate issues or concerns effectively to the APM.
  • Maintain and update relevant Confluence and JIRA repositories as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years in crafting detailed systems engineering plans to ensure systems effectively meet specific requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing data management and analytics systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for 3 to 5 years.
  • Experience with data systems including SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases for a minimum of 3 years.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in system data integration to ensure all system components function as intended.
  • 3 years of experience in data and IT systems recovery.
  • 5 years of proven experience within the Department of Defense (DOD) or Intelligence Community (IC) regarding data and data movement across multiple domains.
  • 3 years of experience in developing DoDAF artifacts.
  • 5 years of experience applying key systems engineering principles and practices to create secure, efficient, and resilient systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of data types, formats, storage practices, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and design patterns.
  • Understanding of Systems Modeling Language (SysML) practices and design patterns.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field; or 5 years of equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred experience in DOD or IC environments.
  • US Citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible for Top Secret clearance.
