Job Title: Hotel Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office / Guest Service Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. As a supervisor, you will oversee the operation of the front desk, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in and checkout, and throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet, check-in, and checkout guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner, adhering to company, hotel, and brand standards.
  • Team Management: Assist with scheduling, hiring, and training front desk employees, as well as monitor, coach, and evaluate guest service representatives and night auditors.
  • Communication: Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
  • Operations: Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards, and be aware of all rates, packages, special promotions, and closed out/restricted dates.
  • Team Support: Fill in and support coworkers and team as needed to ensure efficient operation, and perform duties, special assignments, and projects as requested by management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma/GED or equivalent education/experience required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of front desk experience required, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems required, with ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.
