We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and disability options as well as stock purchase, student loan refinancing, and pet insurance. Additionally, full-time employees receive 23 days of paid time off with no use-or-lose provision.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or social work, with previous experience providing care in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric or addictive disease setting. A passion for patient care in a team environment is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
