Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in the power supply sector, although individuals with experience in electronics manufacturing are also encouraged to apply. We are in search of a dynamic, self-driven individual with a strong commitment to quality, capable of steering our organization towards its next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate as a member of the North American Leadership team, providing updates to management regarding the quality status of the organization.
  • Serve as the site representative for ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
  • Champion change management initiatives to propel business advancements through continuous improvement.
  • Lead the quality department to foster a proactive approach to enhancements in design, manufacturing, supplier relations, and customer interactions.
  • Engage in the development of tools to bolster the quality management system.
  • Ensure all quality system functions are executed effectively, delivering value through audit programs, corrective actions, and addressing customer complaints.
  • Act as the primary liaison during quarterly business reviews with clients, instilling confidence in our processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments and utilize quality tools to drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.
  • Implement a risk-based approach in decision-making processes.
  • Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiencies.
  • Advance the existing reliability program within the product lifecycle.
  • Design and implement a quality training program for internal stakeholders.
  • Further develop monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business health.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the electronics industry, with extensive technical expertise in electronic manufacturing. We seek individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with PCBA manufacturing processes.
  • Able to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience leading organizations through successful ISO9001 / ISO14001 audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality principles, including 8D, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, CPK, and Gauge R&R.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Familiarity with top-tier Semiconductor Fabrication companies, either through direct experience or industry understanding.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with reliability concepts, including Weibull distribution and reliability demonstration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is preferred.
