Team Overview
The TikTok Live QA team is committed to ensuring the highest quality and user experience for TikTok Live products. We leverage cutting-edge autotesting tools and comprehensive quality assurance practices to maintain product excellence. We are in search of dedicated senior SDET engineers and Tech Leaders to join our rapidly expanding sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the professional growth of a small to medium-sized engineering team.
  • Design and refine testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Offer technical guidance to team engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to align with product and organizational goals.
  • Establish a long-term technical vision for the team.
  • Influence technical decisions on various projects within the product line.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile application testing and/or service development/testing.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing or leading a testing team.
  • Proficiency in Java, Objective-C, Python, or Golang.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with service automation, performance testing tools, or test platform development.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, and Spark.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong capacity for collaboration across global teams.
