Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisors in providing guidance based on analyses to inform decisions
  • Leverage accounting and tax knowledge to prepare individual tax returns
  • Manage multiple tasks and strive for timely follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in accounting, business administration, or finance (or certifications related to individual tax return preparation)
  • Experience/certifications for individual tax return preparation
  • Ability to provide advice and guidance by analyzing comprehensive details of a situation
  • Strong computer skills, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service skills: ability to interact with others who need assistance using excellent customer service skills to provide professional, comprehensive, and accurate solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates expertise in world-class service attributes, including professionalism, reaching agreement, and customization, and spirit of caring
  • Must be able to respond to callers with appropriate tone, organized thoughts, and confidence
  • Must be able to respond to written correspondence in a clear, succinct manner using correct grammar, spelling, and format
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow-up appropriately to take issues to resolution
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and quickly learn and apply new information
  • Confidentiality: ability to keep personal information confidential for each person you work with to support their needs
  • At least 2-3+ years of experience with the requirements detailed above
