Compensation Analytics Director

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analytics Director to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering and communicating complex total rewards-related data insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with compensation team leadership to design and implement data-driven compensation strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with compensation managers, subject matter professionals, and vendor representatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation analytics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in complex analytics, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Advanced MS Excel and Access skills required
  • Demonstrated aptitude for working with advanced analytic platforms such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, SPSS
  • Strong quantitative and advanced analytic skills with an ability to explain complex results understandably
