This role involves overseeing field inspections to guarantee adherence to project specifications and standards. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction sector, with a minimum of 20 years in quality assurance roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive field inspections for quality assurance
- Generate thorough daily inspection documentation
- Evaluate contractor submissions and daily quality control reports
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Assist in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Track construction advancement and communicate findings to relevant authorities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 20 years of experience in the construction field
- Familiarity with Federal Construction projects
- Certification in OSHA construction safety practices
Additional Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and possess local knowledge relevant to the construction industry.
Experience with TVA projects is advantageous.
