Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Development Specialist to join our team at Blue & Co. This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, requiring the ability to understand customer needs and define specific business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify profitable opportunities for all Blue Pioneer Consulting products and services, contributing to the growth of the new business pipeline and enhancing revenues.
  • Understand the customer's buying and decision-making processes, providing guidance to the Blue Pioneer team for navigating these processes effectively.
  • Present new Blue Pioneer Consulting service and product sales opportunities that support the customer's objectives, working in partnership with leadership and sales to close deals.
Requirements
  • Possess strong knowledge of IT solutions with the capability to link the technology's value to a customer's business objectives.
  • Demonstrates a continuous hunger for growth, opportunities, and knowledge in technology, business practices, and innovative solutions.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
