Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency.
- Build strong relationships with referral communities and effectively communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group's services.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth and focus on the needs and expectations of referral communities and patients.
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, and payroll time sheets.
- Stay up-to-date on LHC Group's services, competitive advantages, and Medicare guidelines to effectively educate the medical community.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
