This position demands a strategic and proactive mindset to drive sales, cultivate robust relationships with clients, and meet revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals and optimizing profitability.
2. Oversee and develop existing accounts, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client accounts.
4. Conduct regular business evaluations with clients to review performance, address issues, and uncover areas for enhancement.
5. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to meet client needs and foster business growth.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
7. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and insights to internal teams.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and best practices in sales and account management.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the CPG sector.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and cultivating strong client relationships.
3. Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with a knack for influencing key stakeholders.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
