At US Foods, we're seeking a talented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, managing deliveries, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Customer Relationships: Work collaboratively with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Manage Deliveries and Troubleshoot: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, resolving any issues that may arise during the order process.
- Communicate and Collect Accounts Receivable: Effectively communicate with our credit department and clients to collect accounts receivable, maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
- Leverage Resources for Growth: Utilize available resources to identify top penetration opportunities and new account openings, driving business growth and expansion.
- Develop New Business: Identify prospective customers and attend trade shows and conferences to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Stay Informed and Adaptable: Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products to remain competitive and provide valuable insights to our customers.
- Drive to Customers and Prospects: Safely and efficiently drive to customers and prospects to ensure timely product delivery and exceptional customer service.
