Description:

Become a part of our mission-driven sales team at Catholic United Financial, where you will have the opportunity to build your story while serving the Catholic community. As an Account Executive, you will assist our members in making informed financial decisions that align with their faith and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals by offering solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy in support of the Catholic community.
  • Achieve activity and sales goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services or related field.
  • Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including understanding and comfort in serving in the Catholic community.
  • Excellent communication and people skills and confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong analytical ability.
  • Experience presenting to groups as well as 1:1 conversations with members and prospects.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and personal involvement in your community are desired.

Candidates must reside in MN, WI, IA, SD, or ND to be considered for this role.
