Job DescriptionThe Office Administrator will play a central role in our team, working closely with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with payroll processing by inputting field employee timecards and mileage logs
- Update customer data and asset records as needed
- Support monthly credit card statement preparation
- Book travel arrangements for operations and sales teams
- Coordinate calendars and schedules for various events
- Answer phones and greet visitors at the corporate office
- Perform data entry, scanning, and filing tasks for various departments
- Order supplies and manage office inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Personable with a positive attitude
- Proactive and motivated to make a difference
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Experience with accounting duties (AP/AR) is a plus
