Job Description

The Office Administrator will play a central role in our team, working closely with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll processing by inputting field employee timecards and mileage logs
  • Update customer data and asset records as needed
  • Support monthly credit card statement preparation
  • Book travel arrangements for operations and sales teams
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules for various events
  • Answer phones and greet visitors at the corporate office
  • Perform data entry, scanning, and filing tasks for various departments
  • Order supplies and manage office inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Personable with a positive attitude
  • Proactive and motivated to make a difference
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with accounting duties (AP/AR) is a plus
