Job Overview

Compensation: $ /hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • (Beverage production facility):
  • Operate various equipment including carts, dollies, forklifts, and hand tools.
  • Load and unload materials such as water, chemicals, and supplies for distribution.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Prepare the bottling area for daily production and perform quality tests on water.
  • Fill and manage inventory of 3 and 5-gallon water containers to ensure stock levels.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of production equipment.
  • Clean and service coolers to meet sales and delivery requirements.
  • Complete necessary documentation and testing as per IBWA/NSF standards.
  • Oversee the shutdown and cleanup of production areas, including managing truck returns.
  • Be available for overtime as needed to meet production goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Follow safety protocols and utilize required safety equipment.
  • Understand and interpret material safety data sheets related to chemical use.
  • (Portable exchange facility, includes additional duties):
  • Prepare equipment for installation and ensure warehouse upkeep.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mechanical skills are advantageous.
  • Experience in production or warehouse settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local area is beneficial.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • All candidates will undergo a drug screening and background check as per legal requirements.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects exceeding 100 pounds frequently.
  • Job involves significant walking, standing, and climbing in and out of vehicles.
  • Common physical movements include bending, reaching, and balancing.
  • Hand movements involve twisting, pulling, and pushing.
  • Vision must meet DOT standards and pass a vision assessment.

Work Environment:

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, with potential exposure to non-toxic chemicals and water.
