Coffee Sales Representative

ActionLink is seeking a Coffee Sales Advisor to join our sales team and experience the world of Nespresso. As a representative of our client, Nespresso, you will serve as an in-store expert, consulting with customers and providing live machine demonstrations to showcase the premium line of espresso and coffee machines.
The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, passion for coffee, and be driven to transform ordinary shoppers into brand enthusiasts by highlighting Nespresso's engineering craft in combining technology, quality, and design to deliver the perfect cup of coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exude enthusiasm and passion for the Nespresso brand at all times
- Provide customers with the full Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and recommending product solutions that cater to customers' specific flavor preferences
- Increase product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos, knowledge of products, and coffee expertise
- Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence
- Operate the Nespresso Trade mobile app to register machine purchases and coffee orders
Requirements:
- Retail, sales, or training related experience
- Enthusiast of coffee-related beverages
- Previous food demonstration experience a plus
- Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
What We Offer:
- $23.00 per hour

Physical Requirements:
- Must adhere to professional appearance standards
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
- Access to a personal smartphone with data plan to use during scheduled work shifts
- Access to a Wi-Fi enabled personal tablet or laptop to use during scheduled work shifts
- Access to reliable transportation
