Position Overview:
We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, sharing style and product information, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. You will consistently meet or exceed individual and store goals, while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody our values and set an example through your behavior
  • Ensure compliance with all company practices and procedures
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Revenue Generation:
  • Meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals
Client Experience:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations
  • Build relationships with clients and create loyalty through personalized interactions
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members
Operations:
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including merchandise processing and store maintenance
  • Meet merchandise processing standards and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents
  • Participate in inventory preparation and maintain a safe work environment
Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using company computer systems and tools
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Operate phone and answer calls with a professional greeting
Product/Brand Management:
  • Understand and articulate the company's brand positioning and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in store meetings and attend training sessions
  • Build product and styling knowledge with peers and represent the brand through dress code adherence
Requirements:
  • Client Service: Ability to prioritize client needs and build relationships
  • Follow Directions: Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Merchandising: Knowledge of visual standards and ability to implement and maintain
  • Accuracy: Ability to handle cash and provide change without error
  • Schedule: Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs
Educational Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry
