Key Responsibilities:

The Commercial Inside Sales role involves direct interaction with clients and Account Managers to deliver commercial equipment replacement quotes, RNC quotes, manage bid and specification projects, process orders, and track progress, along with other assigned initiatives to enhance the York brand and expand our reach in every area we serve.

How you will achieve this:

As a member of our commercial team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to effectively meet our customers' needs. We take pride in delivering prompt, precise quotes with competitive pricing, distinguishing ourselves from competitors at every stage within a robust team environment.

  • Proficiency in Selection Navigator
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, including quoting and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated to achieve success
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Strong follow-up skills to obtain information from internal resources, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly via phone and email
  • Energetic and positive attitude with strong customer service skills

** The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial HVAC background of 4+ years, whether in the field or in sales, or a combination of both.
