We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual who is dedicated to assisting our clients in urgent situations and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Client Support Specialist at TLC, your main duty will be to guarantee that our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.

You will be instrumental in scheduling service appointments and delivering outstanding support to our customers.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

Appointment Scheduling:

Our clients reach out to us for specific reasons, and we want them to feel confident in their choice of service provider.

Each call presents a fresh opportunity to establish a rapport.

Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients over the phone in a warm and helpful manner. Understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions, escalating issues when necessary.

Collaboration with Team:
Work closely with our service technicians and support personnel to ensure a smooth client experience.

Participate in an on-call rotation, as we operate as a 24/7 emergency service provider.

Flexibility to work Saturday mornings may be required.

Requirements

Experience in commercial services is highly regarded.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role is essential.

Proficiency in computer use, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, is required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are vital attributes.

Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday until 7 PM.

Availability for inclusion in a nightly on-call rotation and weekend shifts is necessary.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and industry knowledge. We offer generous paid time off and holidays, comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits, as well as a 401K plan with matching contributions.
