Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing customer orders from the moment they are received until the product is shipped.

Primary Duties:

  • Engage with customers daily through various communication channels.
  • Input customer orders into the order management system promptly.
  • Promote and assist with sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team and other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and technical support as required.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues, assisting in identifying replacement parts.
  • Provide timely updates on order statuses and backorders.
  • Process credit and return requests efficiently.
  • Maintain customer orders daily to ensure timely delivery based on demand.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in customer service and handling high-volume calls.
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
