Key Responsibilities:

This role is accountable for overseeing customer orders from the point of order receipt to product shipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily communication with customers through various channels.
  • Inputting customer orders into the order management system on the same day they are received.
  • Promoting and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the regional sales team and other field personnel to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Working closely with other essential departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, technical support, and warranty as necessary.
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and issues, assisting customers in identifying and locating replacement parts.
  • Providing timely updates on scheduled dates and backorder statuses.
  • Processing credit and return requests.
  • Maintaining customer orders daily to ensure prompt delivery based on demand.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in customer service and handling high-volume calls.
  • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective and professional communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
